This easy balsamic lentil salad is packed with healthy and delicious ingredients.
First, cook the lentils until tender. Then drain and rinse.
Next, mix together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Now add your greens, cucumber, red onion, sun-dried tomatoes, feta cheese, walnuts, basil, and cooked lentils to a large bowl.
