These crispy potatoes are packed with flavor and are so easy to make!
Add potatoes (peeled and diced), olive oil, and salt to a bowl. Then toss.
Bake the potatoes at 450 °F until golden brown.
In the meantime, sauté garlic in olive oil. Add some tomato paste, red chili flakes, and cayenne pepper.
Next, add cilantro and fresh lemon juice.
Transfer the crispy baked potatoes to the pan and toss until they are covered with sauce.
