This Cajun salmon pasta is super quick to make and tastes amazing!

First, cover your salmon fillets in olive oil and season them with Cajun seasoning.

Next, sear the salmon fillets in a large pan over medium heat and flake them. Then remove the flakes from the pan.

Next, sauté yellow onion and garlic in the same pan. Add your vegetables and sauté until almost tender.

Add some white wine, heavy cream, tomato passata, and pasta water. Then stir in the salmon flakes.

Now transfer the pasta to the sauce and toss until combined. Don't forget to season with salt and pepper (like I almost did 😄).

Garnish with parsley and parmesan cheese. Enjoy! 😊
