This chicken yaki udon is super flavorful, packed with veggies, and very easy to make!

First, mix dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, mirin, honey, red chili flakes, and black pepper in a small bowl.

Then sauté onions, garlic, and chicken breast pieces in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Now add carrots, cabbage, and mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes.

In the meantime, cook your udon noodles.

Add the udon noodles and sauce to the pan. Toss until the noodles are evenly coated.

Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
