These chili oil noodles are super simple and incredibly delicious!

In a small bowl, combine Korean chili flakes, garlic, oyster sauce, soy sauce, black vinegar, and green onions.

Next, cook your udon noodles for 2-3 minutes and heat some vegetable oil in a small saucepan.

Pour the hot oil into the bowl. Then transfer the noodles to the same bowl.

Toss until the noodles are covered  in sauce.

Serve and enjoy!
