First, cook some baby potatoes in a pot filled with water until tender.

Next, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.

Place the potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Add the marinade, some salt, and pepper. Toss until coated.

Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and smash them. Drizzle some leftover oil and herb mixture over the smashed potatoes.
