These pan-fried potatoes and onions are deliciously browned and flavorful!

First, cook the potatoes. Then drain, rinse, and let them cool off.

While the potatoes cook, slice some onions and chop some parsley.

Now peel the potatoes and cut them into slices.

Preheat some vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the potatoes in one layer. Then add the onions and flip when the potatoes are browned.

Add some butter and season with salt and pepper. Toss for 1-2 minutes.

Garnish with parsley and enjoy!
