German Frikadellen are delicious and soft meat patties that are super simple to make!

Add some stale bread and milk to a bowl. Let the bread soak for 5-10 minutes. Then drain and remove excess liquid.

Add ground beef and pork, onion, parsley, garlic, soaked bread, egg, mustard, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Then knead until combined.

Roll the meat into balls and flatten them with your hands.

Sear the patties from both sides and let them cook for 15 minutes until they are cooked through.

Serve with your side of choice (I made German potato salad) and enjoy!
