This German beef goulash is incredibly flavorful and delicious!

First, sear the beef chunks until browned. Remove them from the pot and set aside.

Next, sauté the onion, carrot, and celery for 2 minutes. Add some tomato paste and sauté for 1 minute.

Now add some red wine, beef broth, browned beef chunks, paprika powder, salt, pepper, and bay leaves. Simmer for 2 hours.

Take out the bay leaves and check if you want to add more liquid or seasonings.
