This authentic German potato soup is incredibly flavorful and delicious!

First, chop your potatoes, carrots, celery, leek, and onion.

In a pot, sauté the onion with some olive oil over medium heat.

Next, add the potatoes, carrots, celery, leek, and vegetable broth. Season with salt, pepper, and dried marjoram. Then let the soup simmer for 30 minutes.

While the soup cooks, chop some parsley and slice some wieners.
