These gluten-free oatmeal raisin cookies are sweet, soft, and delicious!
First, combine oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and brown sugar in a bowl.
Next, mix cashew butter, greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Then fold in the raisins.
Roll the dough into balls and spread them on a baking sheet. Then flatten them.
