This chicken soup is super easy, healthy, and aromatic!

First, sauté onion in a pot. Then add chicken drumsticks, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until the chicken has some color.

Add celery, carrots, potatoes, leeks, chicken broth, and bay leaves to the pot. Cover and let everything simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove the chicken and bay leaves from the pot. Shred the chicken and add it back to the soup.
