This lemon chicken orzo soup is super healthy and delicious!

First, sauté the onion and garlic.

Next, add the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for a few more minutes.

Add carrots, celery, chicken broth, and a bay leaf. Let the soup simmer for 15 minutes.

Now add the orzo and let the soup simmer for 10 minutes.

Shred the chicken and add it back to the soup. Add lemon juice and take out the bay leaf.

Now garnish with parsley and enjoy!
