This rigatoni bolognese is incredibly flavorful and delicious! You absolutely have to make it for dinner.
First, sauté onion, garlic, carrot, and celery in a pan or pot with some olive oil.
Next, add tomato paste and ground beef to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Then sauté until the beef is browned.
Now stir in red wine, tomato passata, and a bay leaf. Cover the pan and let the sauce simmer for 15-20 minutes.
While the sauce simmers, cook the rigatoni.
Next, take out the bay leaf. Add some pasta water and the rigatoni to the sauce. Then stir until everything is combined.
Serve with grated parmesan cheese and enjoy!
