This shrimp fried rice is super simple to make and tastes incredibly delicious!

First, sauté the onion, garlic, ginger, carrots (if fresh), and shrimp. Then add the eggs and scramble them.

Next, add your rice, frozen vegetables, green onion, soy sauce, oyster sauce, red chili flakes, and ketchup. Toss. Then finish off with black pepper and sesame oil.
