This Cajun shrimp pasta is spicy, flavorful, and super delicious!
First, cook the pasta.
While the pasta cooks, marinate shrimps with olive oil and Cajun seasoning. Then sear them from both sides until cooked through. Remove and set them aside.
Now sauté cherry tomatoes, chile pepper, and garlic in a pan until the tomatoes start to soften.
Add tomato passata, heavy cream, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the pan.
Stir in baby spinach, pasta, and shrimp.
