This spicy Mexican-inspired chicken soup makes for an incredibly flavorful and delicious dinner.

First, sauté some onion, garlic, and serrano pepper in a pot.

Next, add tomato passata, chicken broth/water, chili powder, paprika powder, ground cumin, curry powder, salt, and pepper.

Now stir in red bell pepper, black beans, and corn. Add chicken breasts and let everything simmer for 25 minutes.

Next, shred the chicken breasts with a fork and add them back to the pot.
