This taco pasta is super flavorful, healthy, and very easy to make!

First, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Then save some pasta water, drain, and set aside.

Next, sauté the onion, garlic, and ground beef until browned.

Add red bell peppers and tomatoes to the pan. Sauté until the vegetables start to soften.

Add the tomato paste and spices to the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Then sauté everything for 2 minutes.

Now add the tomato passata, vegan cashew Alfredo sauce, and pasta water to the pan.

Transfer the cooked pasta to the pan and toss until everything is combined.

Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy!
