This teriyaki chicken recipe is super easy and tastes amazing!
First, sauté chicken breast pieces in a pan until cooked through. Remove and set them aside.
Next, add garlic, ginger, soy sauce, mirin, sake, and honey to the pan. Add some cornstarch and let the sauce simmer until it thickens.
Now add back the chicken pieces and toss until they are covered in teriyaki sauce.
Serve with rice and broccoli in a bowl. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
