These tortellini Alfredo are super creamy and incredibly delicious!

Preheat some olive oil in a pan. Then sauté sliced mushrooms for 2-3 minutes.

In the meantime, cook the tortellini.

Now add the cashew Alfredo sauce to the pan. Season with ground nutmeg and stir in some baby spinach.

Transfer the tortellini to the pan and toss.

Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy!
