Turkish moussaka is an incredibly flavorful and simple dish!

First, add your sliced eggplants to a baking dish. Add some oil, salt, and pepper. Then bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.

In the meantime sauté the ground beef with some garlic and onion. Season with salt and pepper. Then add Turkish red pepper paste and stir.

Next, add the tomatoes, Turkish green peppers, water, and red chili flakes.

Pour the meat sauce over the roasted eggplants and bake everything for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.

Serve the finished moussaka with rice and enjoy!
