This zesty Italian pasta salad is the perfect summer salad!

First, cook the pasta.

Next, whisk together olive oil, white/red wine vinegar, maple syrup, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Now add the cooked pasta, arugula, red onion, black olives, red bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, grated carrot, parmesan cheese, and dressing to a bowl.
