Best Guacamole

- 3 avocados
- ½ red onion or white onion
- 1 jalapeño or serrano pepper
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- ½ - 1 lime
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Cut the onion and jalapeño into small cubes. Mince the garlic. Chop the cilantro and juice the lime.
Mash the avocados in a bowl using a fork.
