- 6 eggs hard boiled
- 2 avocados
- ¼ cup greek yogurt
- ½ lemon juiced
- ¼ cup parsley chopped
- ½ cup spring onion
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
- salt and pepper
Make the hard boiled eggs and let them cool.
Mash the avocados, juice the lemon and chop the parsley and spring onion. Add these ingredients with the greek yogurt and red pepper flakes (optional) to a bowl.
