- 1 - 2 garlic cloves peeled
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ½ tablespoon fresh lemon juice more to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
