  • 2 tomatoes diced
  • ½ cucumber diced
  • 1 - 2 Turkish green peppers (sivri biber) halved and sliced
  • ½ red onion finely diced
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Turkish pul biber/Aleppo pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sumac
  • salt to taste
  • ¼ - ½ lemon juiced
  • 1 ½ tablespoon olive oil
