- 1 pound chicken wings wingette and drummette separated
- 1 teaspoon baking powder aluminum-free
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ - ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon curry powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your air fryer to 375 °F (190°C).
Pat the chicken wings dry and place the separated wings in a bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients for the chicken seasoning. Add the seasoning to the separated chicken wings and toss until the wings are evenly coated.
