- 1 pound salmon filet skin removed, cut into cubes
- ½ cup mayo
- ¼ cup sriracha
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar or lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients. Set the bang bang sauce aside.

Next, place the salmon cubes in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper and toss. Then add half of the sauce to the bowl and toss until combined. Let the salmon cubes marinate for a few minutes.

In the meantime, preheat your air fryer to 400 °F (200 °C). Then place the salmon cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
