Ingredients

  • 3 avocados pitted and diced
  • 4 tomatoes seeded and diced
  • ½ red onion finely diced
  • 2 jalapeño peppers seeded and diced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped
  • 1-2 limes juiced, around 2 tablespoons lime juice, more to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a bowl and toss until combined.
    3 avocados, 4 tomatoes, ½ red onion, 2 jalapeño peppers, 2 garlic cloves, ½ cup cilantro, 1-2 limes, salt and pepper
  • Check the seasoning and adjust to taste. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
