First, preheat some olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Then add the garlic and continue to sauté until the onion turns translucent.

Next, add the ground beef and cook until fully browned. Season with salt and pepper. Then add the tomato paste and spices, and continue to sauté for a few minutes.

Now add the beef broth, canned tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, bell pepper, and beans. Stir everything. Then cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes over low to medium heat.

Add the frozen corn and frozen peas to the pot. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
