- 1.3 lb chicken breast
- 1 ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoon paprika powder
- ½ teaspoon thyme
- ½ teaspoon rosemary
- ½ teaspoon salt
- olive oil spray extra virgin
Preheat the oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
Cut the chicken breast into medium-sized pieces.
Next, take two bowls. Beat the eggs in one bowl. Add the panko breadcrumbs, paprika powder, thyme, rosemary and salt to the other bowl.
Dip one chicken piece into the egg mixture. Then, put the chicken piece in the breadcrumb bowl to coat it evenly. Place it on a baking sheet. Repeat for all remaining chicken pieces.
Spray the chicken nuggets with the olive oil spray until they are coated evenly from all sides.
Bake for approx. 15 minutes in the oven. If you decided to make larger pieces, increase the time for a few minute. Check if the chicken is cooked through and enjoy!
