These avocado brownies are super fudgy, chewy, and chocolatey. They are an amazing alternative to classic brownies that is made with healthier ingredients. Plus, the brownies are super delicious and very easy to make!

Wet Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 7 oz dark chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
- ½ cup cacao powder
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 3 tablespoons dark chocolate chips half for the dough, half as topping
Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C).
Melt the chocolate in the microwave.
Add all of the wet ingredients to a food processor and blend until they are creamy.
Add all of the dry ingredients (only half of the chocolate chips) to a bowl and mix them. Pour the blended wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir until everything is combined.
Lightly grease a 9x9-inch baking pan. Pour the batter into the pan and top with the remaining chocolate chips.
Bake for 30-35 minutes depending on how fudgy you want the brownies to be. Remove the baking pan from the oven, let everything cool and slice into 16 pieces.
