Dry Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup quick oats
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350 °F (180 °C).
Mix all dry ingredients, except the chocolate chips, in a bowl.
Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Then fold in the chocolate chips.
Roll the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Gently flatten the dough balls with your fingers (the dough doesn't spread while baking).
Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes until the edges are slightly golden. Then remove them from the oven, let them cool and enjoy!
- Oats: You can use rolled oats instead of quick oats to make these cookies. They will give the cookies a heartier texture, but they will taste just as great!
- Peanut butter: I tried natural and regular peanut butter and both worked great! Just make sure the peanut butter you use is creamy so the cookie dough has the right texture. I usually use natural peanut butter to make these cookies.
