Ingredients

  • ½ garlic clove (optional)
  • ¼ cup parsley leaves lightly packed
  • 5 ounces feta cheese
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • water as needed, up to ¼ cup

Instructions

  • Then blend until the whipped feta dip is creamy. Add more water until it has the desired consistency.
