- ½ garlic clove (optional)
- ¼ cup parsley leaves lightly packed
- 5 ounces feta cheese
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- water as needed, up to ¼ cup
Add all ingredients to a food processor. Only start with a small amount of water.
Then blend until the whipped feta dip is creamy. Add more water until it has the desired consistency.
