Ingredients

  • 1 pound asparagus tough ends trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • lemon wedges, freshly grated parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 °F (200 °C).
  • Trim off the tough ends of the asparagus spears. Then toss the asparagus spears in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Place them in the air fryer basket. Then air fry the asparagus for 6-10 minutes. The cook time depends on the thickness of the asparagus spears. Thin asparagus should be done after 6 minutes.
