This Greek orzo salad is incredibly healthy and delicious!

First, cook the orzo.

While the orzo cooks, mix garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Now add the cooked orzo, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, red bell pepper, feta cheese, olives, and parsley to a large bowl.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
