This honey sriracha salmon is incredibly flavorful and super simple to make.

First, prepare the sauce by combining garlic, sriracha, lime juice, honey, butter, olive oil, and soy sauce in a small bowl.

Next, sear the salmon from both sides until cooked through. Remove the salmon fillets from the pan and remove excess oil.

Now pour the sauce into the pan and let it simmer. Add some cornstarch slurry if needed and wait until it thickens.

Add back the salmon and cover it in the honey sriracha sauce.
