This Indian-inspired shrimp curry is incredibly flavorful and delicious!

First, season the shrimp with some oil, garam masala, ground cumin, ground turmeric, and salt. Then set them aside.

Next, chop your bell pepper, snap peas, garlic, chile pepper, and ginger.

Sauté the shrimp until they are cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Now sauté all vegetables and aromatics for 2-3 minutes.

Add some tomato passata, coconut milk, garam masala, ground cumin, ground turmeric, ground coriander, salt, and pepper.

Add back the shrimp and let everything simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Serve with white rice and enjoy!
