This sweet potato pumpkin soup is super creamy and flavorful!
First, chop the pumpkin, sweet potatoes, garlic, onion, ginger, and chile pepper.
Next, sauté the onion, garlic, ginger, and chile pepper. Add the pumpkin and sweet potato to the pot.
Pour some vegetable broth into the pot, season with salt and pepper, and let the soup simmer for 20 minutes.
Now blend the soup with an immersion blender, stir in some coconut milk, and garnish with red chili flakes.
