This Turkish lentil soup is super simple and incredibly delicious!

First, sauté some onion, carrot, and potato in a pot over medium heat. Add some red pepper paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes.

Next, add red lentils, vegetable or chicken broth, ground cumin, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 15 minutes.

Blend the lentil soup until creamy.

Serve the soup with red pepper flakes and lemon wedges. Enjoy!
