Preheat some olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion and sauté until the onion turns translucent.

Next, add the ground beef and sauté until it is fully browned. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the tomato paste and all the spices. Sauté briefly until fragrant.
2 tablespoons tomato paste, 2 tablespoons chili powder, ½ tabelespoon paprika powder, ½ teaspoon ground cumin, ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Next, add all of the liquids and remaining ingredients. Stir until combined. Then cover the pot, bring the chili to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and let the chili cook for 15-20 minutes. Adjust the seasoning as needed.
1 cup beef broth, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 can pumpkin puree, 2 cans beans of your choice, 1 green bell pepper
